Every pastor benefits from a supportive circle of peers—a place to build friendships, share honestly, and navigate the unique challenges of ministry together.
Post pandemic studies show pastoral burnout at unprecedented levels. Most are determined not to quit, but just don't know how they can sustain the pace.
Many pastors feel they lack the resources, support, and knowledge required to move their ministry to the next level.
WE BELIEVE THAT PASTORS NEED TO BE PART OF A COMMUNITY OF THEIR PEERS IN WHICH THEY CAN ENCOURAGE EACH OTHER AS FRIENDS, GROW SPIRITUALLY, AND SOLVE PROBLEMS USING BEST LEADERSHIP PRACTICES.
Our mission is to strengthen pastors in Zoom cohorts that meet monthly all year under the leadership of our sage and experienced Cohort Pastors. Pastor's spouses are invited to join their own monthly zoom as well. In these real-time communities we’ll address together discouraging leadership and soul-care issues that threaten the health of our ministries. Also, our Cohort Pastors will mentor each Kaleo participant individually in a separate monthly Zoom call.
