Kaleo Collective exists to help pastors flourish in their calling for the long haul

Here's the problem...

Ministry Leaders are giving up.

During the height of the pandemic, it’s estimated that up to 1,500 pastors per month were leaving the ministry. Even now ministry leaders in America’s increasingly fractured political and spiritual landscape face a host of discouraging social, theological, and leadership issues that threaten not only their Great Commission mission but even their resolve to stay in the fight.

WHAT THE CHURCH NEEDS:

The church’s biggest need today is healthy pastors who are flourishing in their calling.

WHAT LEADERS NEED:

Ministry leaders need to be supported by an encouraging community of their peers, to be engaged in a best-practices learning environment, and to be mentored personally by trusted pastoral experts.

How KALEO MEETS THE NEEDS OF THE CHURCH AND ITS LEADERS

Kaleo Collective exists to strengthen the Church by encouraging pastors in uniquely refreshing cohort communities. Led by experienced pastors, these cohorts will meet regularly via zoom for the purposes of mutual support, encouragement, and peer-group learning. Via the Kaleo Collective website, these cohorts will be further resourced by content and experiences such as personal mentoring, blogs, conferences, and podcasts.

we help ministry leaders thrive.

Find community, get encouraged, flourish in your calling.

Meet the founder,
Andy Mcquitty

Pastor Andy came to Irving Bible Church as Senior Pastor in 1987 to a church whittled down to two pastors and 200 people just one year before by a split and the subsequent firing of the previous pastoral staff. He led the rebuilding of the staff and ministries there as well as the construction of a new $1.2 million education building in 1994.Andy wrote a dissertation on relocating a church* and then used his research to guide Irving Bible Church to a new $19.5 million, 17-acre campus in Las Colinas in 1996 whose main sanctuary and education buildings were dedicated in 2003 and paid off in full in 2015.Through missional outreach, Andy helped grow Irving Bible Church to a high of over seventy full-time staff with a nearly $11 million annual budget and ministering in weekly worship services/classes to over 4,000 souls.
